Order Processing

All ENTRIVO products are prepared and manufactured according to the specifications of each order.

Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before shipping.

Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received and confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

We work with trusted third-party courier and logistics providers for product delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, order size, and delivery requirements. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided upon order confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on factors including the delivery location, order weight, dimensions, and delivery requirements.

The applicable shipping charges will be communicated and confirmed before delivery.

For large, bulky, or multiple-product orders, additional delivery or handling charges may apply.

Responsibility After Dispatch

All products are inspected and securely packed before leaving our facility.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to a third-party courier, logistics provider, contractor, or other delivery service, ENTRIVO is not responsible for any damage, loss, delay, or mishandling caused during transportation.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their products and packaging upon receipt and immediately report any delivery-related issues to the courier or delivery provider.

Please also contact ENTRIVO as soon as possible if there is any issue with your order.

Delivery Areas

We currently provide delivery services within Malaysia.

For deliveries outside Malaysia, please contact us to discuss available shipping options and arrangements.

International shipping availability, delivery time, and charges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the destination and order requirements.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information when placing an order.

ENTRIVO shall not be responsible for additional delivery charges, delays, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

Delays

Delivery times provided by ENTRIVO are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, traffic conditions, logistical disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues, but cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been handed over to the delivery provider.
